Something not working, or a question you'd rather not ask in public? Email [email protected]. Include your account's email address and, if it's about an alert, its project and rule.
Plans for your team
Thinking about a bigger plan, or moving a team over from another tool? Email [email protected]. The pricing page has what's published so far.
Security reports
Found a vulnerability in the hosted service, the apps or the self-hosted binary? Email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject, and please tell us privately before telling anyone else. We'll confirm we've got it and keep you posted while we fix it. The same address is in security.txt.
