tcpcheck

Connect to a port and say how long it took, with DNS timed apart from the connect.

Parameters

Parameter	Default	Meaning
`address`REQUIRED		`host:port`.
`max_connect`		Connect time above this is degraded.

A refused or timed-out connect is down.

dns_ms, connect_ms, total_ms.
